Leah has been a real motivation for me with rebuilding my strength after breaking my pelvis in a traumatic horse riding accident back in 2016.
As well as ongoing rehabilitation, Leah is helping me reach my new goal towards being bride ready for my big day in January 2021.

Leah has been training me for nearly a year now and I still look forward to our two weekly sessions.

They are varied, she keeps its fresh and interesting. My strength and posture have really improved. I am a keen cyclist and my power output and stamina have increased dramatically.

Along with the usual stretches and weight exercises. Leah also helps me mentally.

Weight has always been an issue throughout my life and I am not an easy client with my food habits. We don't take my lack of weight loss too seriously, as we laugh about it and enjoy the session. Very slowly my body fat % is decreasing and my power to weight ratio has increased to an FTP of 281 watts.

So in conclusion, please don't take my early evening slots as I like the transition from work to home. But I highly recommend you give WattsFit a try and see for yourself. Good luck

When I first met Leah, I was recovering from surgery and a long term condition. My first few months with Leah I was undergoing rigorous phsio therapy. With Leah's help, not onlydid I finish my physio sessions earlier than expected, I was signed off by my consultant without having to undergo further surgery that had been expected.

I had always thought that cardio was for losing weight and strength was for losing weight and strength came from lifting the biggest weight you could find. Leah changed not only my views, but my overall quality of life. With Leah, I built a foundation on mobility which I use every day and has become a natural way to manage pain.
It does not matter where you are on your fitness journey, Leah can adapt to make it a safe and enjoyable journey with every small change and workout being an achievement.

Leah really helped me at a time my self confidence was on the floor. She tailored my PT sessions in a way that meant I could achieve everything and after 56 years of very little exercise, I have now completed the 9 weeks couch to 5k app and can run for 30 minutes without stopping.
I would never have been able to do that if Leah had not restored my self belief with her wise words and carefully planned sessions.

I have been attending bootcamps regularly since August and have also had regular PT sessions with Leah. With her help, my strength has improved dramatically and she's also really helped me with my food planning and self-esteem.
The bootcamps are a fab place to meet others and are really welcoming, friendly and a good laugh (whilst being pretty tough at times!). Plus it's been nice to get out in the fresh air!!
