Bootcamp

If you are looking for a way to get fit and strong whilst having fun, then WattsFit bootcamp is for you. 

 

We pride ourselves with body transformations in a fun, social and non-intimidating environment.  

Whether your goals are to lose weight, build muscle or even just to meet new people, we can help.

 

Each session is different and involves bodyweight or free weight exercises (with a little bit of cardio!). These exercises can be adapted for any fitness level or injury.

Tuesdays 18:30 - 19:30

Wednesdays 18:30 - 19.30

Thursdays 18:30 - 19:30

Saturdays 09:15 - 10:15
